Warranty - Limited Operational Warranty

Demo Systems products shall be free from defects in design, material, and workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of shipment.

Demo Systems' liability under Warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, by any Demo Systems designated repair facility The foregoing repairs and/or replacements shall be accomplished at no charge during the warranty period, except for return freight and repairs resulting from causes listed below. Buyer shall be responsible for costs and risks of transporting Product(s) to and from the Demo Systems facility including customs duties and customs handling, if required.

Demo Systems shall not be liable or obligated if:

• The PRODUCT failure is caused by exposure to conditions which exceed specified product limitations;
  or
• The PRODUCT or any part thereof is altered, repaired, or overhauled by persons not authorized by Demo Systems;
  or
• The PRODUCT or any part thereof is not operated, maintained, or modified in accordance with Demo Systems instructions and data.

Buyer shall compensate Demo Systems for the repair of any Product which has failed or been damaged due to one or more of the causes set forth above in accordance with the Demo Systems Repair Price List in effect at the time the repair is accomplished.

Modifications to Product required by any governmental certifying authority after original certification, normal wear and tear, and the need for routine maintenance shall not constitute a defect or failure under this warranty.

To be valid, a warranty claim must be accompanied by written data, which includes, but is not limited to, a description of the failure/malfunction circumstances, the part numbers, and serial numbers of all products involved.
