Demo Systems Support attempts to provide immediate basic troubleshooting assistance to help determine the functional status of any Demo Systems equipment should a problem be encountered. From this basic troubleshooting a joint determination is made as to if a non-return resolution can be achieved or the failed equipment is to be returned for repair. Initial Support contact information that should be provided includes part number, serial number, related LRU or System, symptom of failure, and a point of contact.
