Since 1982, Demo Systems LLC, located in Moorpark, California, has been a leader in the design, development, certification, and manufacture of Data Transfer Systems, Maintenance Access Terminals, Airborne Network Servers and Loadable Software Data Management tools for the Air Transport, Regional, Business, and Military aircraft markets.
Demo Systems has exclusive licensing positions for key Boeing and Honeywell avionics control software as well as established relationships with other avionics, airframe and engine manufacturers and industry suppliers.
Demo Systems has delivered in excess of 2,500 Portable Data Loaders to airlines around the world and recently introduced the PDL-615/MSD, the latest version of the popular PDL series. The PDL-615/MSD performs ARINC615 data loading while eliminating the need for floppy discs at the aircraft.
Demo Systems also provides a Combo Data Transfer System for military aircraft that supports both PCMCIA and floppy disc loading.
Boeing Aircraft has selected Demo Systems to be the exclusive supplier for the Portable Maintenance Access Terminal (PMAT) for the 777 series aircraft.
A derivative version of the PMAT, the PMAT 2000®, is a lighter weight version available for line maintenance. The PMAT 2000®, now in use by a number of airlines, provides a full range of data loading and retrieval capability as well as hosting digital maintenance documentation.
LoadStar is a software configuration tool that can be hosted on the PMAT 2000® or ground server that can manage and control all the loadable software parts for each aircraft in an airlines fleet.
In 2000, Demo Systems obtained its first FAA certification of an Airborne Server Unit and recently completed development of a Network Server Unit for Email, cabin management and onboard maintenance applications.
Demo Systems provides a comprehensive product support program that includes customer service engineering, training, documentation and overhaul and repair services.
